Fibes, Oh Fibes! made a breakthrough in 2004 with the celebrated debut album 'Still Fresh'. The singles 'This City's Got No Boulevards' and 'One Hour Baby' gained frequent play on national radio, ZTV and MTV. Fibes, Oh Fibes! also gained a huge recognition by ending up on many of Swedens music album top lists of 2004 and by being nominated for the 'Best Newcomer' award on national radio P3 Guld.

The follow up 'Emotional', released in August 2006, was written, recorded and produced by Christian Olsson and Mathias Nilsson of Fibes, Oh Fibes! and mixed by top name engineers Ollie Olson & Henrik Edenhed (Robyn, Ceasars, Snoop Dogg, Estelle) and mastered by legendary Bjorn Engelmann (A-Teens, Backstreet Boys, The Hives, Garreth Gates).

'Emotional' was nominated for several awards such as a swedish Grammy, P3 Guld and Manifest and celebrated in swedish daily press and magazines. Fibes, Oh Fibes! spent most of 2006 and 2007 touring Sweden and doing TV and Radio shows.

In April 2007 Fibes, Oh Fibes! supported the legendary Lionel Richie in Scandinavia on his 'Coming Home Tour' before being joined on stage by Gary Kemp of Spandau Ballet. Kemp, who wrote some of the last century's most memorable songs, 'True', 'Through The Barricades' and 'Gold', to name a few, is also co-writing with Fibes, Oh Fibes! for their upcoming album.
